GESTE SUPPORTS WOMEN ALL YEAR ROUND

Today, on International Women's Rights Day, Michele Mossi, our CEO, like to say a special thank you to all the women with whom he has the pleasure of working every day and who majorly contribute to the projects and development of GESTE Engineering. They bring solid technical skills, but also enthusiasm and a particular sensitivity. They play a major role in life at the office, as well as creating and maintaining a positive and friendly working atmosphere.

GESTE is not just a company of men, as 33% of our employees are women, including engineers, technicians, designers and administrative staff from a variety of cultures and languages. And this percentage continues to grow. Respect for gender equality is an integral part of our values.
